Tara is an incredible realtor, talented, motivated, and very effective. She was our broker selling an 1892 house, after we had moved out of the state. Its a great house and she correctly priced it (went into contract immediately with strong offers each time) but the contracts kept falling through for different reasons: first due to zoning issues scaring off the mortgage broker; second due to a sickeningly unreasonable buyer; and third because the buyer's financing fell through at the end. Given all the challenges selling the home, we gained a lot of insight into how Tara solves problems. Throughout our relationship, she maintained high integrity and ethics (both to us and towards the buyers), was practical and goal oriented, and gave unfailingly good advice on how to handle all the situations that arose. For example, with the zoning issues she found an established local mortgage broker who would still finance the home, introduced would-be buyers to the broker, and included a financing clause so future buyers wouldn't back out due to squeamish brokers. It took a long time to get this house sold due to above-mentioned challenges, and Tara remained motivated to get the deal done. She also remained supportive and encouraging when I got stressed from the different difficulties with the sale, and was responsive to my specific requests. We found her through these Zillow reviews and they are accurate: I would recommend Tara as either a buyer or seller broker. If you want someone knowledgeable and professional, who follows through on all steps of the process, choose Tara.

Tara was great! She answered our questions even when she was on vacation. She helped us so much throughout the whole process. She was very helpful with the final inspection.
