Cait became our realtor from a blind click on Zillow to see a home we were interested in. We were moving here from out of state and visiting for a week to set things up here in Nashville. She promptly came and showed us our first choice. She was very approachable and friendly. We returned to our then current home. She continued to be very responsive and patient with us. She sent us daily listings with our criteria in mind. When we found listings we liked, she went and toured them herself and sent videos! We returned a couple more times before moving here. One day, we checked out 3 houses and fell in love with 1 of them. Still not sure, because of the long steep driveway, we came back another time and again 3 more houses with our house being the last. The decision was made that day. Cait was wonderful to work with and never made us feel like we were rushed. Even during the planning of her wedding! We 100% recommend Cait and wish her all the best!

I wish I could give Mike and the agency a 10 out of 5. If youre looking for best of the best in real estate, Mike and Trinda Cole have you covered. Theyre extremely kind, professional, caring, understanding, flexible, and supportive in their work. Theyve now helped me buy and sell properties in the Greater Nashville area, and they made the process seamless every time.Even under extraordinary circumstances, they were both able to pull me through the sale of my last home. Mike even helped me fix my fence and sink, clean, and even drive me to closing when no one was available to assist.I'm not the most punctual or organized person in the world, so the fact that they always make it a point to put your needs first was a godsend. Mike (and equally so Trinda) are fantastic. People have so much to do to prepare for this process that they just get overwhelmed. Their expertise was invaluable to us. Everything from finding the right house to making an offer was much appreciated. And it didnt stop there. these guys were always one step ahead. We never felt rushed or pressured.
