Tara Heinz and her team are amazing Tara came out on a Monday did her presentation suggested a selling price and we were off to the races The photographer was out on Tuesday and the house was listed on Wednesday We did a few showings on Friday their house cleaners came Saturday morning and did a phenomenal job in preparation for the open house We did open houses on Saturday and Sunday Monday we accepted an offer for over the asking price Im the kind of person that needs to know what is going on and Tara and her team didnt let me down I knew what was going on every step of the way Even after accepting the offer Ive been kept informed of inspections and appraisals I cant say enough good things Kinda sad that I am leaving the Boise area because I would love to use Tara again in the future
