My wife and I listed our home with Tara on April 10, 2019. The listing went public on April 23rd. The final counter offer was accepted on May 26th. The closing was on July 1, 2019. Tara helped us structure the price, negotiate the offers, and kept us fully informed and on schedule throughout the entire process. She is a professional who has a deep understanding of the real estate market and the needs of her clients. Our home sold quickly and at the price we wanted.

Tara Dixon is a true professional and knows the local market and trends. We solicited her services to view homes when we met her at an open house. She was happy to do so without the guarantee of getting our listing. Eventually, when we decided to sell, she was the obvious best choice. She listed our home and helped us negotiate through a very difficult counter offer process. She represented our best interest and in the end got everything we wanted. Tara was great to work with! After having our sale on the marker "for sale by owner" for 6 months with not interest we finally decided to get a realtor. Within 24 hours of listing our home with Tara we had buyers in a bidding war over the property. With her help we got more than we were expecting out of our property. She was incredibly easy to deal with and made the experience a great one. Although we first thought working with a realtor was going to add more stress to selling our home we definitely have a different opinion now.
