We found Tara through an open house. She had cookies and water out and from the very beginning was open, honest, caring, and helped us eventually find our new home. The process on our end (from just starting to see if Denver was really where we wanted to move to selling our house, etc.) was very long and we never felt rushed or like we were wasting her time. Tara was amazing from beginning to end! We had a rental we needed sold fast. Tara guided us on everything we needed to do to list it, she had incredible pictures taken, the listing was amazing, she followed covid precautions and guidelines for us and for people viewing our home....and on the day it went live we had 3 offers all over asking price! Tara took care of all of the leg work from contract to closing. She kept us informed but didn't weigh us down with small tasks. We closed in less than 45 days for 20K over asking price!!
