About Tanya Maldonado

My name is Tanya Maldonado, I am originally from NJ, but I fell in love with North Carolina at a young age while visiting family. I have lived in Onslow County for six years and am lucky to call it home. I started working for a Real Estate Attorney as a real estate paralegal for three years and really enjoyed helping my clients purchase and sell their homes. I knew that I wanted to be the person not only to be there when they sign their documents but also wanted to be the person to get them under contract and educate them on homeownership. I put 110% into every client and transaction, and I firmly believe failure is not an option. I am a single mother of four young men and currently working on obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
