    About Tanya Lores

Tanya lives by two rules when helping her clients meet their goals: Listen and always come from a place of service first. Everything else follows. Information is her passion and the best gift she can give; therefore, it's always her top priority to keep her clients prepared and informed every step of the way to give them comfort and confidence throughout the entire buying or selling process. Growing up in Littleton, Colorado, Tanya brings a deep love of Denver to her approach to real estate. Tanya started her career in real estate in 2005, but on the residential appraisal side of things, as she became an appraiser, she specialized in performing risk analysis and valuing multi-million-dollar loan portfolios. After about a decade in the industry, she transitioned into oil and gas as a Petroleum Landman, buying and selling mineral rights (think real estate, but underground!). She is a valuation expert with extensive experience in property valuation and market trends. Her background in property analytics, contracts, and high-level negotiations gives her the edge when advocating for her clients, but it's her passion for people and her relationship-centered mindset that brings the best possible real estate experience to her transactions. Tanya currently services all 11 counties of the Denver Metro Area.
