Hello, my name is Tanya Donohoe and I joined the real estate industry in 2012 and have acquired my knowledge through hands on real estate transactions. I started my career at the peak of short sales and foreclosures. During this time, I could navigate my way through listing short sales and assisting buyers with purchasing foreclosure properties and have a successful track record of sales. During this same time, I partnered with an investor in buying, fixing, and flipping houses. I took away tons of knowledge and have been able to use those tools in my everyday transactions with buyers and sellers.

Another key part of my success has been working with Veterans. I have helped a huge number of Veterans purchase homes with little to no money out of their pockets with their VA Loan. The VA Loan is a great program and Veterans can really benefit from it. It is very important that a Veteran utilizes an agent that is familiar with the VA loan program to prevent getting contracted under a home that will not qualify for the VA loan and cost the Veteran.

Working with buyers is a privilege to me. I am honored every time someone trust me with one of the biggest decisions and purchases in one's life. It's very important that a buyer does not feel rushed through this process and be educated about what they are doing. I take the time to get to know my clients and share personal experiences with my clients. I have purchased and sold my own homes, so I have been in their shoes before and want them to understand that I can relate. The key to my success in working with my buyers and sellers is my customer service to them. I am always reachable whether it be by a phone call, text message, or an email. Communication is key to me.

Working with sellers has been successful and I find the key to a successful listing is always being above prepared. When listing a home, it is important for any agent to spend the time gathering all the pertinent information about the house and the seller's motivation to sell. I take the time to prepare a professional presentation, do the right research, and educate every seller on the current conditions in their market. I set realistic expectations to my clients, I do the work that is needed to sell, and I don't just list it on the MLS. I am an agent that is deserving of your business and I want to be given the chance to prove that I will work for you!
