Tanya Cox

Tanya received her Real Estate License in 2009 at Blinn College in Bryan, TX. Shortly after she moved to Houston where she did property management for 3 years. Tanya uses her vast experience and knowledge gained from selling real estate over the past 7 years to guide her clients to make the best buying decisions tailored to their specific needs. With a heavy focus on community she has been acknowledged as one of the top-producing agents within Shaw Realty and in 2016 assisted more Heroes than any other Realtor in the area. To ensure a successful experience, Tanya leverages the relationships she has built to negotiate the best deal possible and ensure the client's interests are best represented. In recent years, Tanya and her husband Darrell, have also expanded their services into flipping houses and have their own company named Top Shelf Properties, LLC.
