Tannar was absolutely wonderful to work with. I reached out to her on social media about possibly listing our house and starting to look for our forever home. Within a few days she came out for a listing appointment. She went above and beyond to help our family get our home ready, had the seasonal leaves removed from the grass and the mulch along the front of the house replaced. Anytime I asked her about a house, she was available and super informative. With buying out of state she was able to refer us to another agent licensed in that state and every part of the process has been very smooth. We received multiple offers and accepted an offer within 4 days on the sale of our home. Tannar has answered all of my questions very thoroughly throughout the process. She has exceeded our expectations. She is the most kind person you will ever meet. We met Tanner 2 months ago tentatively considering selling our first home of 8 years to upgrade to a bigger, forever home for our family. Being first time homebuyers was scary, exciting, and overwhelming. Going to Tanner and Emily was the best decision we couldve made! Tanner was informative, responsive, and personal. The process was explained to us and we were walked through every single step, given all the information we needed. Not only was information relayed to us, but it was delivered in a manner that we would understand. No matter how many text messages, emails, or phone calls Emily received, she was always ready to answer. Emily got so many calls during this process and never once made it seem like it was a bad time for her- She made time for us! Emily had an abundant amount of information to share and we trusted her every step of the way. She was dependable and dwindled our stress. Tanner and Emily worked so well as individuals and as a team. We would recommend them to anyone who is ready to buy a home. We cant thank them enough for all they did for us!
