Tannar was absolutely wonderful to work with. I reached out to her on social media about possibly listing our house and starting to look for our forever home. Within a few days she came out for a listing appointment. She went above and beyond to help our family get our home ready, had the seasonal leaves removed from the grass and the mulch along the front of the house replaced. Anytime I asked her about a house, she was available and super informative. With buying out of state she was able to refer us to another agent licensed in that state and every part of the process has been very smooth. We received multiple offers and accepted an offer within 4 days on the sale of our home. Tannar has answered all of my questions very thoroughly throughout the process. She has exceeded our expectations. She is the most kind person you will ever meet. We met Tanner 2 months ago tentatively considering selling our first home of 8 years to upgrade to a bigger, forever home for our family.
