My mother told me that I didn't start talking until age 2. I've been talking ever since.....fast.
When I graduated high school, I got my real estate and auctioneering licenses, to work
with my father's real estate company in Southern Indiana. I also began my broadcasting
career and ended up on the air in Kansas City doing a morning show with Max and Moffitt
on KYYS. During that 25-year stretch on radio, I also started my own auction company,
specializing in charity fundraisers. That's where the fast-talking came in handy. In 2005, I
