If youre looking for a great realtor who is knowledgeable and has your back please do not go with Tanielle. We hired her as she was recommended to us by our Lender Jeffrey Cheng to represent us while buying our first home. Prior to even working with us, Tanielle asked us to sign an agreement to work with her for at least 1 year. With that, we were not allowed to purchase a house she saw with us even after she stopped working with us. During this time, she took us to a couple houses that did not describe what we initially asked her. She ignored completely our ideas and only followed up with hers. Also, we had to do our own research most of the time and when we found a home we liked, she would tell us that they had an offer already on the home. She would make false promises that she would help fix homes only to get you into buying mediocre homes that required a lot of work. Tanielle is not knowledgeable in this market. Shes all about her commission and does not care about her costumers. She will feed off young couples who are first time buyers and will have you skip the appraisal process which is was very important to us. Tanielle never sent us a survey because she knows that she messed up and avoided the survey to save her image. Tanielle is very pushy when it comes to having her clients choose the homes that she wants however she will not fight for you when it comes to getting the best deal on a home. She will refer her own friends as your lawyer and they will all make their money at the end and goes their ways. Please save the headache and find someone who cares. Lastly she will push you to waive Inspection. Be careful.
