Tania was so diligent in solving the complexities of our particular property purchase! She stayed in constant contact with the sellers lawyer and the inspectors, and kept us current with every step of the process. She had some really good solutions when problems came up that I never would have thought of. She was really patient and explained everything to me, and never made me feel embarrassed for being new to home buying. I am SO GLAD we chose someone so capable, reliable, and experienced, because now I have my dream house. I will absolutely recommend Tania to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
