Tammy Sawyer definitely deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Above and beyond is an understatement. I knew next to nothing about home purchasing when I first spoke to Tammy. She was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand every step of the way. Aside from that, she answered every one of my million questions without seeming annoyed or inconvenienced once. She worked with our schedule in viewing homes and when I needed a showing as soon as possible and she wasn't available she even asked her team lead to show me the property in her absence. Truthfully, it was mildly difficult to not become discouraged during the lengthy process but Tammy kept us optimistic and assured us that the right home would come. We are unbelievably happy in our new home! Aside from that, she was very honest and I feel that I have gained a valuable friend that I can count on in the future. Even after the deal was closed she was helpful and quick to respond. I will gladly recommend her to every person that I hear is in search of a new home. To sum it up, Tammy is an agent that will exceed your expectations if you give her the opportunity.
