I have been blessed to take the lead and organize many community projects for my firm. We have planted beach grass, built raised gardens and benches at the Virginia Tillet center, refreshed the Dare County playground in KDH and most recently revamped the courtyard at Peak Nursing Home. We happily recommend Tammy! Because we live out of state, we didnt know where to start when we made the decision to sell our inherited Nags Head condo. Fortunately, we found Tammy online and she guided us through the entire process. The condo needed some cosmetic updates and she put us in contact with a friendly, skilled handyman who had the condo ready in no time and at a reasonable cost. Tammy then staged it for us and had a professional photographer come in. The place looked amazing! Tammy did a fantastic job helping us sell our Avon vacation rental property! She began with a visit, detailed walk-through and an in-depth discussion of our goals. She shared her extensive knowledge and experience in the Outer Banks market and developed a great marketing plan, going well beyond normal postings and 'For Sale' signage. She prepared the house for a 3D video tour inside, outside and from above - just the thing for potential buyers who might not be able to visit the Outer Banks in the winter. Her marketing even featured a full page ad in a local real estate magazine. The result was an acceptable offer in the first week! Since then, Tammy has stayed on top of the process, meeting with buyer agents, guiding us through inspections, always available to answer our questions day or night all the way through our successful closing.
