Tammy had a network of trade professionals which was so helpful in painting out the entire inside of the house, another that made repairs to walls and stairs and she coordinated the work and inspected all the work. She provided excellent documentation on the status of the house, the heating and cooling systems as well as all kitchen appliances. Finally she oversaw the work to repair the windows and personally replaced many of the damaged screens.
