Sellers: A Competitive Market Analysis and Listing Presentation will be provided to establish market value and to assist you in determining a list price. I will also create a Marketing Plan that will outline the specific steps taken to get the maximum exposure including over 50 internet sites.

Buyers: Together, we will establish your home criteria including the "must haves" and then I will show you all homes not only listed with Iowa Realty, but all other full service real estate companies. I will then guide you through the transaction all the way to closing day. When you're Buying or Selling a house, there are a million and one details to handle.
