Tammy has ZERO negotiating skills and bends whichever way the seller agent turns her. She encouraged me to get untraditional lines of credit in order to secure a home in order to make a "competitive offer". She is only interested in making a sale, not providing you with the best deal possible. I don't really think she knows what she is doing if I'm being completely honest. I think she is new. Wonderful experience with finding us the perfect home. Tammy is a go getter. Unlike several other agents I was working with who sent me a listing or two every few days or hooked me up with their automatic system that sent me emails that fit a broad spectrum of homes. The same day we looked at our first property with Tammy she provided me a listing with several other properties that she thought we would like. Immediately on this list was the home we purchased. She stayed on top of the home we desired even after it went under contract immediately before our offer.
