During this past summer, my wife and I renovated our two-family home, as we were going through an extremely large transition; which included the need to find a renter for our upstairs apartment, as we were moving downstairs.Having had a variety of people and families living in our home over the past 25 years, to me it was important to find a person or family of the highest possible standards. Of course, the people needed to be able to afford all aspects of living in our home; but there were also certain specific traits that were so overly important to my wife and I when it came to sharing our home.And, to demonstrate the exemplary qualities that Tammy Babadzhanov displayed throughout this entire process, all we had to do is look at the compassion and understanding that she always displayed, the professionalism that is a part of her everyday work experience with constant and efficient communication by either phone calls or emails, and the characteristics that she possesses, where not only did she pay attention during our conversations when she got to know us, but she also listened to us of everything that was of the utmost importance for the people who would be living with us. However, and more critically to go along with her listening ability was the fact that she also heard us.And, now, approximately six months later, we couldn't have requested a more perfect match for the family who shares our house; as not only are they tenants, but they are friends and family.
