About Tamithy Howrigan

Tamithy Howrigan has utilized her nearly 10 years of experience in real estate to build a team of women who pride themselves on supporting one another's success, both professionally and personally. Her team's mission is to serve each client's unique and personal real estate needs while creating lasting relationships built on trust. They place a high value on honesty, open communication, and integrity. As a native Vermonter with strong Canadian ties, Tamithy has deep roots in her community and surrounding areas. She began her career in real estate as an executive assistant and quickly moved on to office management and transaction coordination before getting her license in 2017. She has naturally grown as a team by continuously nurturing relationships around her. Her experience behind the scenes has given her a deep insight into the industry and a true understanding of how to best serve her clients and build meaningful relationships within her network. Outside of Real Estate consulting, Tamithy's true passion is spending time with her family and loved ones. She enjoys golfing with her dad, having a glass of wine on the porch with her mom and nana, and especially loves spending time with her young son and husband - often in a tractor or truck on their family's dairy farm or at the Howrigan Maple Sugar House. She is deeply passionate about her family and her career and loves growing as a person with those who value each other's unique visions for their life, professionally and most important, personally.
