Tamika helped my husband and I purchase and sell our 1st home. We had very little knowledge about buying but Tamika was very helpful in every step of the way. When it was time to sell our house, with no hesitation we just had to call Tamika again. She is very easy to work with and her personality is just amazing! Her Marketing is top notch! Our house was staged really nicely, we almost didnt recognize it. The hardest part of selling of our house was timing. We were in the middle of getting married but Tamika ensured a very smooth process and she delivered. She met our price point and received 4 offers within 2 days after 1 weekend of open house. With no hesitation, I would work with Tamika again and refer her to all of my friends and family!
