It was a pleasure partnering with Tami Brown for the sale of our house. We first met with Tami in an initial meeting set up by her to go over what we would like to receive from the sale of our home. Tami is very friendly, personable, and very easy to work with. Tami through her experiences and contractor connections made valuable suggestions and gave options to prepare our house for sale without forcing any of her ideas on us. Tami is very aggressive (though welcomed) in her methods to push our house to market, and carefully guided us through the process, but the ultimate decision was ours. Throughout the process Tami constantly communicated through texts, emails, and voice calls to give status open houses, market conditions, and how we should adjust our strategy to move our house to sale. Toward the end of our sale and closing process when we needed a title search, Tami took it upon herself to relieve us of the responsibility of locating title documents and effectively located the title company and the title document that the title company required before closing could be validated. This was simply outstanding and stellar serviceaEUR|5-star. Without hesitation, we would secure Tamis real estate services again.
