After my first few years as a licensed agent, I realized I wanted to offer more than just transactional expertise. So I did something few agents do: I apprenticed with a certified appraiser. I spent countless hours learning how to evaluate a home's true value--beyond curb appeal or comps. That experience sharpened my eye for detail and taught me how to price, negotiate, and guide my clients with deeper insight and confidence. Since then, I've navigated just about every kind of market, client, and property imaginable--from first-time buyers to luxury listings, downsizers to growing families. Through it all, my approach has stayed the same: honest advice, expert strategy, and deeply personalized service. Today, I'm proud to lead The Behler Team alongside my son, Jesse.
