This lady knows her stuff and she went above and beyond to help us even though our loan documents, permitting. etc... She is on top of it all even when we weren't. She attends the closing with sweet closing gifts. I can't say enough about how she looked out for in every way. Made sure we avoided pitfalls and unforeseen, even found a contractor to help us with sold testing..wow...wow is all I can say. I'll send every friend and family member to her for help with buying land or homes. This is my 2nd transaction with Tamera and it won't be my last.
