With a background in Design and Architecture, Tamera is resourceful, knowledgeable, and has in-depth experience with project management, commercial tenant up-fit design, construction and space planning. As a design instructor for Marymount University, in Washington, DC, she instructed in class courses of Advanced Residential Design and Designing for the physically challenged. Above all else, she prides herself on operating with her clients' best interest as the central focus of her attention. Tamera utilizes her strong communication skills to help breakdown the often time complicated home buying and selling process while effectively navigating her clients through the search and negotiation leading up to the closing on their home.
