We had reached out to Tamara and 2 other realtors when we decided to go through the process of selling our house and buying one. After meeting with all 3 we found Tamara best served our needs and had a great understanding of the market. As our house hit the market all of our questions were answered timely and we were kept up to date on what was going on. As we narrowed in on a house to buy, Tamara was there with market conditions and comps, allowing us to understand where our offer should be. As we approached our closing date, there were some issues that came up. With Tamara s experience and wisdom, she was able to help guide us through everything and help us stay sane as we went through some stressful times. We ended up needing help to move out earlier than planned and Tamara, Tamara s son, Anna, and Anna s Husband came over to help us get the job done on time.
