Tamara has been my realtor for 5 house changes - buying and/or selling. Each experience was wonderful and she certainly goes the extra mile for her clients. My last house sale was in Sept., 2016. Tamara got me over $20,000 more than another realtors suggested list price for the sale of my house. Also, she and her assistant, Anna, took care of last minute odds and ends for me - for example; selling furniture - I didnt have to do anything! I call that great service!

Tamara and Anna were a great help through the process of buying and selling our house. We had reached out to Tamara and 2 other realtors when we decided to go through the process of selling our house and buying one. After meeting with all 3 we found Tamara best served our needs and had a great understanding of the market. As our house hit the market all of our questions were answered timely and we were kept up to date on what was going on. As we narrowed in on a house to buy, Tamara was there with market conditions and comps, allowing us to understand where our offer should be. As we approached our closing date, there were some issues that came up. With Tamara s experience and wisdom, she was able to help guide us through everything and help us stay sane as we went through some stressful times. We ended up needing help to move out earlier than planned and Tamara, Tamara s son, Anna, and Anna s Husband came over to help us get the job done on time. That is the kind of top-notch service that Tamara provides. She is there for you every step of the way, from listing to closing. We wouldn t think twice about calling her up to help us through this process again.
