Tamara went above and beyond helping us get our house ready--and then sold it for a great price--and as is--no repairs plus a free rent back for us. We had a bit of a strange situation but, our first agent passed away unexpectedly. Once we hired Tamara and she took over--she really did so much more than our initial agent. Tamara had items hauled away so the house would look less cluttered, she had maids come and clean the house top to bottom, she had professional photos taken and she personally held open houses for us. She got us a full price offer--and "as is" which was more than we really thought possible. Next we had to disclose that our neighbor's fence was encroaching on our property.
