About Talesa Aguirre
Hey there, I'm Talesa. You know, before I got into real estate, I spent years as a tattoo artist. My studio chair became this sacred space where people would open up and share their stories--their hopes, their heartbreaks, everything in between. Some of my favorite conversations were with seniors. Grandparents showing me photos of their families. Veterans sharing wisdom from a lifetime of experiences. Widows talking about the homes they'd built with partners who were no longer there. And I noticed something that broke my heart: too often, older adults were being rushed through major life decisions. Their voices dismissed. Their concerns minimized. I saw it happen to strangers, and I saw it happen to my own grandparents. That planted a seed. When I transitioned into real estate, I realized I wasn't just helping people sell houses. I was walking beside them through one of life's biggest transitions. After decades in the same home, after losing a spouse, after realizing the stairs are just too much now... that's not a transaction. That's a deeply personal journey that deserves patience, compassion, and real support. So I became more than an agent. I became a guide. I built my practice around listening--really listening--to what my clients hope for and what keeps them up at night. I connected with trusted professionals like Senior Move Managers, estate planners, and community resources so my clients have everything they need in one place. I call it "rightsizing," because it's not about having less. It's about living better. Today, as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I'm proud to be a voice for seniors in Menifee, Murrieta, and Temecula. In a world that often rushes the elderly, I slow things down. I make sure every client feels seen, heard, and respected. Because to me, aging isn't the end of the story--it's the start of a beautiful new chapter. What I Believe: Every move should honor your voice and preserve your dignity Seniors deserve patience, not pressure Your story matters, and I'm here to listen to every word of it The right plan can turn overwhelming into empowering How I Help: I specialize in senior transitions--whether you're downsizing, exploring assisted living options, or finding a more manageable home closer to family. FAQ
Hey, so the biggest thing I tell buyers, especially if you're in that season of life where you're thinking about your next chapter, is to really think about how you want to feel in your new home, not just what it looks like. I want you to picture yourself living there in five, even ten years.
Can you navigate it easily?
Is there a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor?
Will you have space for family to visit? Those are the questions that matter.
And here's the thing: don't rush. I know the market can feel intense, but this is one of the biggest decisions you'll make. Let's take our time, tour homes more than once if we need to, and make sure it truly fits your life. I'm here to walk beside you through every step, so you feel confident and at peace with your choice.
Okay, so if you're getting ready to sell, the first thing I want you to know is that it's totally normal to feel a mix of emotions. You've built a life in that home, and that matters. My advice?
Start early. Give yourself at least six months to a year if you can, because that gives us time to declutter, make small updates that matter, and prepare your heart for the transition without feeling rushed.
The other big thing is to let me help you see your home through a buyer's eyes. Sometimes it's hard to be objective about a place you've loved for so long, you know?
I'll guide you on what's worth updating and what's not, and I'll connect you with trusted professionals who can handle everything from repairs to moving logistics.
Let's make this as smooth and stress-free as possible, and then we'll go from there.
Most of the time, I attract older folks, and honestly, that's where my heart is. I've worked with seniors who are downsizing after decades in the same home, adult children helping their parents through a big transition, and widows or widowers who are ready for something more manageable. I've also helped families navigate probate sales and connect loved ones with the right senior living communities.
What I love is that every client has a unique story, and I really take the time to listen. Whether you're moving to be closer to family, looking for a safer home to age in place, or just ready for a fresh start, I'm here to make sure you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
One that really stands out to me was helping an older couple find their place. They were living in Riverside, and they just felt like they didn't belong anymore: too much noise, too many young families, and it all felt too fast-paced for them.
But after sitting down and really listening to what they wanted, I realized it wasn't just about finding a house. They wanted to feel at home again. They wanted peace, a sense of community, and a place where they could finally relax.
So we found them a beautiful single-story home in a quieter neighborhood, closer to their daughter, with a little garden space and the kind of calm they'd been dreaming about.
The look on their faces when they got the keys? That's what I do this for. That experience reminded me why I got into real estate in the first place—to help people find not just a house, but a place where they truly feel like they belong.
So before real estate, I was actually a tattoo artist. My studio chair became this unexpected place where people would just open up and share their stories with me, especially seniors.
Grandparents, veterans, widows—they'd sit down and talk about their lives, their families, and sometimes their heartbreak.
And over time, I noticed something that really bothered me: older adults were too often treated like they didn't matter. Even in big life decisions, their voices were dismissed, and I saw it happen to strangers and even to my own grandparents.
That planted a seed. When I got into real estate, it wasn't for the commissions—it was because I saw how overwhelming it could be for seniors facing a move after losing a partner or after decades in the same home. This isn't just about selling a house to me. It's about helping people navigate a deeply personal transition with dignity, patience, and real care.
So I became a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and now I get to be that voice for my clients, making sure they feel seen, heard, and respected. Because to me, aging isn't the end of the story, it's the start of a beautiful new chapter.
Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yeah, absolutely. I'm a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), which means I've gone through specialized training to understand the unique needs of clients over 50.
It's not just about real estate transactions, it's about understanding the emotional side of selling a long-time home, navigating things like Proposition 19, and connecting you with trusted resources like senior move managers, estate planners, and assisted living communities.
That certification taught me how to be a true advocate for seniors during one of life's biggest transitions.
I'm also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), so I have advanced training in representing buyers and negotiating on their behalf.
And I've completed "At Home with Diversity" training, which helps me serve all families with cultural sensitivity and respect. But honestly, what I think sets me apart isn't just the letters after my name.
It's that I genuinely care. I take the time to listen, to understand what you need, and to make sure you feel safe and supported every step of the way. That's my promise to you.
