ZillowVERIFIEDI dont write reviews often for other professionals. But it is hard to recognize Talea as a professional after our experience. Disappointed is the best way to describe it.. like when a parent says I'm not mad at you, I'm just disappointed.. Thats worse. 1) She let her personal life get in the way. She literally peeled out of our driveway when she left once. 2) She never seemed to listen to what we wanted. She would just reference her 20+ years of experience.. experience doesnt mean a thing if youre not willing to learn or do extra work. 3) She quit on us before we even got to 30 days in. Our new agent had a buyer in 10 days. Update 8/27/25 Once this published today, these reviews take about a week to go live, Talea text my wife a long rant threatening to aEURoepost the factsaEUR? calling us alcoholics with marriage problems, in foreclose, and under duress. She said she would post pictures of our emails between us. I'm pretty sure thats not legal to share emails between a Realtor and client publicly. She basically threatened to post this if we didnt take this review down within 24 hours. Not to professional. Thats not how 1 star reviews work. You earned this one. Talea is the type to send rant text messages that are 25 sentences long without paragraphs. I left this review because I honestly think people needed know. Not recommended. She never even came to collect her lockbox after many reminders. I think its still on the fence.

ZillowVERIFIEDTale'a contacted me and said she had a client that was interested in my property for sale. We set a date and time for her to show it. Then she started to become demanding about getting reports and inspections when we already told her we didn't have any at this time. Typically it would be the buyers decision to hire the appropriate professionals to inspect the home anyway, and she should have already known this. Tale'a then became agitated and abusive and accused me, a seasoned investor, of being a fraud. Little did Tale'a know, her Broker was who I started working with 25 years ago, so we had a discussion with him about Tale'a's unprofessional behavior. He said he would use this situation as a coaching opportunity for Tale'a, which I appreciated. Needless to say, Tale'a is not an agent I reccomend. She was arrogant, defensive and didn't follow common real estate practice. She steered her client in a direction for her benefit rather than for her Buyers'. I believe that this moment was a detriment to the Century 21 brand and her client.

ZillowVERIFIEDTale?a really is the wonder woman of real estate! I thought purchasing a home in my current situation was out of my league and I had no idea how the home buying process worked. Tale?a flew in and saved the day in every stage of the process. She explained every step of the process from beginning to end in an easy way for me the layman to understand. She fought for me every step of the way as if this was her own home that she was purchasing. If you want a professional who is reliable and who will treat you like family pick Tale?a...you will not regret it!!!
