I located Tabitha online as a realtor servicing Ardmore and she shuttled me to her husband Jeremy who located some properties as rentals for me. Unfortunately, he was unable to show the properties himself, so he paired me with a junior associate Chyna. The property I was most interested in after 1 day of touring was listed for rent ~15 days per Chyna, but neither she nor Jeremy shared the property was also listed for sale. Even though I agreed to the owner rental price after negotiation round 1, she ultimately wanted me to wait another 6 days and if she could not sell the place, shed consider my offer. Thats deception all the way around and for that reason I would not advise anyone to use this realty group. My time was wasted and it felt like a bait and switch switch between negotiating realtors and I was left being strung along.

Words can't express enough how great Tabitha is as a realtor and a person in guiding us through this long, frustrating year of finding us a home. We've been in the Market with Tabitha for a year and kept getting outbid in this crazy market. Because of Tabitha's expertise and due diligence, Tabitha found our dream home, and we moved in on April 5, 2022. The day our house came on the market was when we saw our new home. Tabitha went up and beyond to arrange for my wife and me to work from her Spring House office while our home was being shown to prospect buyers. Tabitha's interpersonal skills, kindness, and real estate knowledge are impeccable. We had to fire two other agents because they did not work in our best interest. I'm 100% sure that we would not have found our beautiful home without Tabitha's involvement in this process. Once you tell her what kind of house you want, she sticks to it unless you change your criteria for homes; she is very thorough. And the selling of our home was a seamless process as well. Not only is Tabitha so friendly and personable, but the staff over at Berkshire Hathaway in Spring House is too.
