Losing my mother unexpectedly in June 2025 was incredibly difficult, and the situation was made even more complicated because she did not leave a will. Living in another state, becoming the administrator of her estate and handling the sale of her home felt overwhelming. Thankfully, Tabitha stepped in and made an incredibly stressful process much more manageable. She kept me informed every step of the way so I could make important decisions from a distance. She also went above and beyond by helping coordinate an electrician and even connecting me with a law office to assist with the closing of the house. I was very fortunate the day Tabitha called me about the sale of my house. At first I put my house for sale by owner on Zillow. After a few weeks on Zillow, Tabitha called me and came to my home to explain to me the process. It was a big decision for me to sell my house, she listened to me and gave me time to think about everything with NO pressure. After about a week she called me back, we talked some more about my concerns and everything after that was smooth sailing. She was very confident I would be able to sell within my timeline and for the price I was asking. As it turned out, everything worked out to my benefit.
