I was very fortunate the day Tabitha called me about the sale of my house. At first I put my house for sale by owner on Zillow. After a few weeks on Zillow, Tabitha called me and came to my home to explain to me the process. It was a big decision for me to sell my house, she listened to me and gave me time to think about everything with NO pressure. After about a week she called me back, we talked some more about my concerns and everything after that was smooth sailing. She was very confident I would be able to sell within my timeline and for the price I was asking. As it turned out, everything worked out to my benefit.
