I was very fortunate the day Tabitha called me about the sale of my house. At first I put my house for sale by owner on Zillow. After a few weeks on Zillow, Tabitha called me and came to my home to explain to me the process. It was a big decision for me to sell my house, she listened to me and gave me time to think about everything with NO pressure. After about a week she called me back, we talked some more about my concerns and everything after that was smooth sailing. She was very confident I would be able to sell within my timeline and for the price I was asking. As it turned out, everything worked out to my benefit. Tabitha was in consistent communication with me throughout the whole process, and explained things to me as they were happening.
