Sylwia did an outstanding job in helping me stage my home, set the asking price, follow up with buyers' agents and move things along to contract and closing. As I'm sure others have noted, she is extremely pleasant to work with. Smart, highly responsive, knowledgeable about the market and personable. She also offers just the right amount of encouragement and fortitude. I knew I was in the right hands after I saw the amazing job her photographer did in presenting my home. The day the listing went up, it pulled more than 50 saves and went on to pull approximately 500 over the next 30 days through a combination of presentation and the right pricing.
