Hi, I'm Sylvia Rhodes with Fontaine Family - The Real Estate Leader. I help buyers and sellers throughout Southern Maine including York, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, and much of Androscoggin and Kennebec counties.

Originally from Tennessee, I've been lucky to call Maine home for the past 11 years. I truly enjoy helping people reach their real estate goals, whether that's buying their first home, selling a property, or making their next move.

One thing that's important to me is making sure my clients never feel pressured. Real estate is a big decision, and I believe people should move at a pace they're comfortable with. I'm always available to answer questions and guide clients through each step of the process.

I personally attend every showing, write every offer, and stay involved through inspections and closing so my clients always know they have someone in their corner. I'm available nights and weekends because I know life and house hunting don't always happen during typical business hours.

Outside of real estate, I'm a mom of four, married to my husband Randy, and we have two dogs. Our family loves spending time outdoors and enjoying everything Maine has to offer.

Helping people navigate the buying and selling process is something I truly enjoy, and I'm grateful to be part of such an important moment in my clients' lives.
