Jimmy and Sydney were incredibly easy to work with and helpful throughout the whole process. We were first time home buyers moving from out of state and they were able to line up multiple houses in the short span we were in town and add on to this list last minute. They were easy to communicate with and did so very well. There was no point during any showing where I felt pressured to buy and if anything they spent time trying to find what we were looking for. When we found the house we loved, Jimmy helped walk us through the process as we placed our offer and helped guide us through negotiations. He then not only helped us set up one inspection but then scheduled a roofer, general contractor, and electrician to see the house prior to our final offer as these were areas of concern. Between conference calls at home to discuss any updates and being available at any hour for questions - we had the best first time buying experience working with Jimmy and Sydney.
