Svenja was a pleasure to work with! She responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. She was quick to respond to calls (even after hours), texts, and emails. She was very knowledgeable regarding the quirks of Clemson real estate. She dealt with 3 people: my daughter, my spouse, and myself, all asking for information often from three different states and a couple of time zones. Svenja walked us through all the nuisances of the current tenants, HOA, property manager and other items specific to this purchase. She also managed to reschedule closing around hurricane Helene. She went above and beyond to help with getting everything ready with all the delays that came with a natural disaster. When my husband and I couldn't be at the rescheduled closing, Sevnja walked my freshman daughter through everything so she was able to close on her own.
