This experience is so different for all of my clients - and it's one that I love partnering with people and coaching them through. It's one that with the right person working with you, can sometimes be even described as EXCITING. A bit about me..... I've grown up in the Real Estate business. With my father owning his own framing and General Contracting businesses, I spent much time visiting the job sites and our family Sundays would often consist of going to church, out to eat, and a Sunday drive to visit as many open houses & new subdivisions as possible. My father was passionate about what he did and he EXUDED this. People gravitated to him because of his personable demeanor and sought his advice because of his professional knowledge. I am fortunate to have had these traits passed on. As I got older, I managed advertising budgets and created all our own ads & marketing pieces for the Open Houses. I held these Open Houses at all of our developments and diligently followed up on potential clients. I SOLD. I followed up with our clients and was their liaison throughout the building process. I became their confidant. Out of college, my role increased taking on all aspects of Office Management while still making Marketing & Sales my number 1 focus. My father passed in 2000. I love him and miss him dearly and today, I work closely with my brother Peter and the business is still thriving. Our philosophy is "build it as if it were our own". As a Realtor, my marketing and construction back ground compliments the experience I give my clients. I work hard, but love what I do so much that it just doesn't seem like work!
