    With 32 years of experience as a physical therapist, both as a clinician and in management, I transitioned into real estate after retiring in 2011. For the last five years of my therapy career, I owned and operated my own clinic, where I developed a strong foundation in client care, business management, and problem-solving. Real estate is a natural next chapter for me, and I'm passionate about helping my clients reach their personal milestones--whether it's selling a home or finding the perfect property. I'm also deeply involved in my community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of a regional children's choir, which helps me stay connected to the wonderful people and places I serve.     Suzy helped us purchase a lot in Avalon near Lake Junaluska in 2020. We had several challenging criteria for the land and the location. She was able to find multiple locations in the Waynesville/Maggie Valley area that met most of these criteria. Given that we are from out of state, she dedicated multiple days at a time to focus on our search. Suzy is very knowledgeable of the area and extremely helpful as she guided us through the entire process from search through closing. We would recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor in the area.

    I have used Suzy in two different transactions and she was absolutely the most professional and easy to work with real estate agent we have ever used. Her knowledge and experience is unbeatable.
