Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked with just about every type of client. I also specialize in helping clients navigate difficult life transitions as a Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist. Because my business is built on referrals, many of my clients come back to me again and again—or send their friends and family my way—so I’ve had the privilege of helping multiple generations within the same family.
One of my recent favorites was helping a family who needed to buy a new home before selling their current one. We put a plan in place that allowed them to move into their new home without the stress of timing both transactions perfectly. Once they were settled, I helped prepare, market, and sell their previous home quickly. What I loved most was seeing their relief when everything came together—they could focus on enjoying their new home instead of worrying about the process.
I didn’t grow up in a family of homeowners, so the idea of buying a house felt out of reach for me. After moving to Memphis in 2000, I met a friend who was a real estate agent and it sparked something—I realized homeownership could completely change someone’s future. I enrolled in real estate school and got my license in 2004. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help others create a better quality of life for themselves through owning and growing in real estate.
I’m a Certified Residential Specialist, which is the highest credential awarded to residential agents and held by less than 3% of Realtors nationwide. I’m also a Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist, trained to guide clients through complex sales with sensitivity and professionalism. These designations mean I have advanced training in marketing, negotiations, and handling unique situations—skills that directly benefit my clients by making their experience smoother, less stressful, and more successful.
