Our (first-time) home buying experience with Suzanne was great! We came to her with a list of homes that we wanted to visit and she was happy to show us all of them. Once we found the one we wanted to make an offer on, she was quick to forward our offer to the seller. She was helpful throughout the whole process and quick to forward us documents for signatures, and kept the process going at a fast pace. She also has many connections that helped us make the due-diligence period, inspections, and closing process quick and easy. Suzanne was kind and easy to work with, not overbearing, but always there when we needed her.
