Suzanne Gwaltney

Suzanne is an Eastern North Carolina native with a lifetime fondness for Pamlico County and the relaxed lifestyle that it offers. As a child, she often visited Kennels Beach with her family and enjoyed fishing and boating on the majestic Neuse River. A graduate of East Carolina University, Suzanne earned a BA degree in Psychology, a MS in Rehabilitation Counseling and a EdS in Counselor Education. When she moved to the New Bern, NC area in 1975 Suzanne worked for the judicial system in Carteret, Craven, and Pamlico Counties. She was a School Counselor with Pamlico County Schools for the last six years of her 30 year career before retiring in 2005. Suzanne joined the team of Century 21 Sail/Loft Realty as an Associate Broker in 2005. An active member of the State, National, and local Board of Realtors, Suzanne is one of the top producing agents at Century 21 Sail/Loft Realty. She is past President of the Pamlico County Board of Realtors and knowledgeable about her community and properties in the eastern North Carolina Inner Banks communities that she serves. Suzanne is a member of the Neuse River Region Association of Realtors. Suzanne is actively involved in community oureach. Her past experience of working with youth and families continues to be one of Suzanne's passions. She is Scholarship Chairman in the Oriental Woman's Club, Suzanne has served on the Hodges Education Foundaton, the Camp Seagull/Seafarer Outreach Comittee, the Board of Directors for the Pamlico County Partnership for Children, the Pamlico County Criminal Justice Partnership, and adjunct faculty of Wesleyan College and Craven Community College. Suzanne is a committed professional and strives to make sure that your interests come first. She is people oriented and highly skilled in listening and effectively communicating. Suzanne's listening and "communicating" experiences as a Counselor are qualities that assure her clients and customers a high level and quality service. Through hard work and professional dedication, Suzanne provides exceptional marketing, world class client service and continuous follow-up after the sale.
