Suzanne Cook

Suzanne began her real estate career in 1985, and was her firm's top producer for twelve years before opening Suzanne Cook & Company. She has been a leader in sale's production in the Longview area for many years. In addition to earning the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, she is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Suzanne has been voted one of the "Best Realtors in East Texas" in a Longview News Journal survey five times, was chosen by her peers as the East Texas Association of Realtors' "Realtor of the Year," and was a "People's Choice" award winner in 2012. She is past president of the Longview Women's Council of Realtors, past director of the East Texas Association of Realtors, and is a member of the East Texas Builder's Association. Suzanne has built her business on personal referrals and repeat clients, and always seems to have that "pocket listing" that is not quite on the market yet.

Suzanne is a graduate of Leadership Longview, an ordained elder at First Presbyterian Church, and a Sustainer in the Junior League. She is a past Chairman of the Board of the Longview Chamber of Commerce, a recipient of the Chairman's Award for service to the community, and is a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International. She has also served as chairman of the President's Advisory Council of LeTourneau University. Suzanne is the widow of Byron Cook, a Longview general surgeon. She has two sons and two daughters, four grandchildren, and four "adopted" children, her cocker spaniels. When not listing and selling property, Suzanne enjoys traveling, genealogy, and working as a volunteer with the area arts groups.
