When we moved to Central Oregon six years ago Suzanne was most helpful in identifying properties for sale based on our long list of criteria. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the area was incredible which allowed us to narrow down our decision to the property we eventually purchased. We recently purchased a 20-acre parcel of bare land for a future cabin and without Suzanne and her team's due diligence in getting specific information regarding property lines, county building requirements, and negotiating with the seller's realtor, we may have missed the short-term opportunity to purchase the land.
