    Susie Huxford has lived in the Vail Valley for over 20 years. She is a native of a small rural town in Iowa. Susie moved to the 'Valley' after several ski trips to Vail. She remembers the first time she drove over Vail Pass, it had just blanketed the trees with about a foot of snow. She couldn't believe her eyes as it appeared she had died and gone to Heaven! She announced at that point, 'I will live here someday', and that's exactly what she did!     My parents were amongst the original residents/founders of Vail. When it came time for my mother to finally sell, she already had a long standing friendship with Susie, and would trust no other agent. And Im so glad we did-- Susie sold my mothers home in a record amount of time, for above our asking price. And all the time she was not only sensitive and caring, but also willing to help with all the little things that are the true traumas of moving. Despite COVID, despite it being a hugely busy time, Susie was our rock, and we couldnt be more happy.

    Susie was great! As an out of town buyer, she provided excellent local knowledge, help coordinating visits, interpreting local codes and overall great customer service. When we didnt initially find the right property, Susie remained focused and on top of new listings coming onto the market. We eventually find the right property and I couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend her personal service and goal of getting it right, not just out to sell anything as fast as possible.
