Susie is the absolute best. Due to a west coast relocation, which was happening fast, Susie handled everything on her own due to me being in California. She did so with a smile and a don't worry about it. Due to my schedule, I was only able to call her at either 7 AM or 7 PM her time to talk business. She was always available that early or that late. She knows the area, she knows the rules, and she knows when something isn't on the up and up. She even knows many reputable contractors who can help with any fixes that need to be done after the inspection. If I head back to NJ, Susie will be the one I seek out to handle the real estate transactions for me.
