Where do we even begin describing our unbelievably incredible experience with Susana Murphy and ALANTE Real Estate?From the very first meeting with Susana and the team, it felt like we have known each other forever and felt like family. Susana and her team are extremely knowledgeable with the highest level of professionalism.Susana has incredible passion in what she does and the community she serves and it shows. She helped us fall in love with the south shore. An out of state move isnt easy but Susana and her team at ALANTE were there every step of the way.Working with Susana from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. Navigating this market with continuous crystal clear communication, and top notch negotiation skills greatly exceeded our wildest expectations working with any real estate team.Susana helped us find our builder and the land we built our custom home on all while making it an absolute blast along the way. But more than that saying she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Susana played a pivotal role during the build process with design and architectural elements throughout the house. Susana Murphy, and all the staff we interacted with, are highly professional, responsive, organized, motivated and market-aware, but at the same time, very personal and mindful of their clients needs.After completing a three-week pre-marketing campaign, at least 15 families toured our home at the one-day only open house. We received three very good offers that same day and one was accepted. To say this was unprecedented, is an overstatement. We cannot be more pleased with Susana and her staff. We dont have enough good things to say about our experience selling our home with Susana and the team at Alante Real Estate. As first time sellers we were nervous about beginning the process but Susana guided us with expert knowledge about the current state of the housing market, what buyers are looking for and the best and most current strategies for promoting our home. From the beginning she and her team took a hands on approach that made selling our home a breeze. As a result we were able to accept an offer for significantly above our asking price before even going to market. We needed a home with either a guest house or in-law so my wife's family would be able to visit from the west coast. Susana helped us find our dream home that is allowing us to relocate back to the east coast, I truy don't believe we would be making the move back east without her help
