Beware! This Realtor has absolutely no communication skills. This Realtor was my best friend before I signed the listing agreement. Once I signed to sell my home she vanished! She forgot how to answer her phone and wanted nothing to do with me! I ended up working with the mortgage company for the buyer on my own (A different realty company sold my home). She never even showed up for the closing! From what I have heard as soon as the closing was done and after everyone had left she could not get to the closing company fast enough to collect her check! You have been warned!
