She displayed a wealth of knowledge of the area, providing comps and recommendations to maximize our selling price. Kimberly staged, provided pictures (including drone footage), write-up, and multiple open-houses, all the incredible marketing which put our home in front of the most prospective buyers. Negotiation with buyer's agent was also first rate! She was on-top of every detail. Highly recommend using her as your agent in the Eastern Panhandle!
