just love how smart, how sharp this woman is. for being so young and yet a wealth of knowledge. definitely someone were going to recommend and its definitely someone we plan to continue working with now on our current projects and use in the future. the time that she put in the dedication and none of which was about her time and what her time was worth, she was very committed and focused on what we needed she believes in the aEURoeeating now and eating later mentalityaEUR? which is some thing that we truly believe has to be a part of every decision when it comes to real estate. you can tell she puts us 1 st and you can tell She really does want to make the world around her a better place and it shows in her work! what she does for people with or without compensation The time she dedicates witch was a lot of time with us coming up with a plan to sell and or rent our existing properties. u can tell that shes the type of lady to hold the door open for a perfect stranger and that shes the kind of person that you could contact with any questions at any time of day/ night and shes always happy to help truly a wonderful wonderful woman to work with! Anna did a lot of work helping with locating and evaluation of the home that I bought. we looked at homes for over 6 months before I made up my mind on the the one that fit my needs. she was very helpful in that process. I dont do reviews, but sometimes an individual goes so far above their professional obligation and overcomes so many impossible tasks it has to be done. My realtor Anna Tomaski is that person. Any realtor can show you a house, but not everyone can get the deal done. Not only did Anna find us a dream property on the river, she battled to get us into the home.Boiler leaks all over at the home inspection. Anna gets the heating and cooling guys out to fix it.Youve sold your house and the bank drops the ball, no appraisal done three days before close, and you are about to be homeless. Anna gets an occupancy deal done. Today my family will own our new home and its all because of Anna. She isnt just a great realtor, great person, and Michigander. She is a true Wolverine. Tenacious, resourceful, and unrelenting. I cant thank her enough!If you are buying or selling a house in Northern Michigan and dont use Anna, its your own fault if something goes wrong.
