Susan Milner, the owner and broker of Florida Future Realty, has been working in and around real estate since her early 20s. She started out as a real estate investor and then went on to obtain her Florida real estate license. She decided to open her own real estate brokerage in Cape Coral, Florida Future Realty, Inc, in 2007. Some agents in her office are trained to work with distressed properties, including short sales and REOS. Real estate agents at Florida Future Realty also work with more 'traditional' sellers as well. We also have luxury, waterfront and community experts as well. Susan was absolutely wonderful. She helped us find the most beautiful home on the water in Cape Coral. The home had everything and was under our budget. The exceptional service did not stop there. We are from Michigan, and she assisted with several other items after the sale as well. She made sure the place was ready for us when we came down. Two weeks after the sale I needed a picture of the dryer hook up and she was at the house on a Sunday taking photos for me. We ended up having a few issues when we arrived due to the seller. She addressed them in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We highly recommend Sarah! She never failed to help us with anything we asked of her, she answered the phone whenever we called, often anticipated our questions before we even knew to ask them.
