Thaddeus was incredibly helpful to my wife and I in our house hunting process. We had been looking for months without so much as touring any homes, and once we got in touch with Thaddeus he started sending us addresses, asking if we had found anything of interest, and continued to check in with us. Once we made an offer, he helped us a great deal in negotiating with the seller (several times, as we had encountered many holdups in the time we had the home under contract). Here are my thoughts 6 months after working with Thaddeus: Mr. Abare is a fantastic Real Estate Agent. Highly Recommend. We hired Thaddeus Abare as our Agent during one of the most difficult times to purchase a home (March - June 2022). He was able to help us find the right home that was not only within budget, but also within 15-20 minutes from our workplace (difficult to do in Vermont). After putting in several offers on homes (and our offer being denied due to the competitive real estate environment during this time), Thaddeus consistently tailored his strategy until one of our offers was accepted. In fact, Thaddeus negotiated with the seller and closed our offer at midnight. He then guided us through the closing process and was always available when we had questions up until and even after the closing took place.
