Susan Krug is not only a pleasure to work with but she has a wealth of knowledge about the industry that cannot be matched by anyone else. We were out of state buyers and only had one day to drive around to look at homes. She made the process seem seamless and smooth. She is very honest and transparant and I couldnt appreciate that Once we found the home of our dreams she was able to jump hurdle after hurdle and help us get into our home within two weeks!! We are very grateful to have found her and have her as our realtor!!

Let me start out by saying I have never written a review before but felt the need after the personal care I had received recently from Susan Krug and her staff . Susan helped me sell my home in one of my toughest times of my life and always responding to my call's weather it was her directly or her personal assistant in a very timely manner and answering all my questions and concerns.Secondly Susan was very personable , professional and understanding of my situation and of the market in 2012. I wasn't sure on what I should ask for my home and or if any repairs that needed to be addressed . I was having to sell my home fast and it was obvious she did her home work and it was very apparent to me this is being handled by professionals. She let me know what my options were and I asked her opinion . I'm so clad I did she sold my home in a very timely manner and then helped me to acquire a new home by finding one I liked then helping me to make an offer that was accepted . Now I'm the new owner of my home and very happy with Susan Krug and her staff and I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone that asks ... Susan Krug just sold my husband and me our house. She worked very, very hard for us and was nothing but extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs and her negotiating skills were impressive. We originally asked for a 90 day escrow which is unheard of these days and she managed to get our offer excepted. Unfortunately, we hit a snag and would not be able to close in 90 days so she had to go back and negotiate an additional 40 days to close due to credit issue that came up that our lender did not catch before hand. I was very impressed with her especially since she was able to get the house of our dreams secured for us as well as how professional and attentive she was to our needs. She even came over to personally welcome us home. I have recommended her to everyone I know and I will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. She is a wonderful agent who is very experienced as well as cares about her clients and the clients best interest, and very responsive and works very hard for her clients. Susan Krug is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
